Maintenance Manager - Corporate level

Pueblo, CO
Creates maintenance plan to align with corporate goals and objectives and support the organization’s success, profitability, and sustainability. This position is responsible for managing all facets of the maintenance department at the Cement Plant. This includes preparing an annual and long-term maintenance plan and budget, performing annual employee performance evaluations, securing specialized contract support, upgrading the skills of the department’s personnel, assuring adherence to safety policy and procedures, and further development of the preventative maintenance program. Direct the employees in the various departments under his/her supervision in implementing the maintenance plan in a safe and cost-effective manner. During the creation of the maintenance plan ensures that it is aligned with corporate plans to promote the success, profitability, and sustainability of the Plant. 

  • BS in Engineering or at least 10 years’ experience in the cement industry 
  • 5 years minimum experience in managing people
  • 5 years minimum experience in maintenance systems in a heavy industrial application
  • Fundamental knowledge in business administration, accounting, and finance
  • Experience with a CMMS
  • Experience with SAP
