Location: Fenton, MO
Pay: $30–$45/hour, depending on experience
Position: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Available Shifts:

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM–1:15 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment.

This position requires direct CNC machine maintenance experience, not just general industrial or facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC machinery.
Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment failures.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Minimize equipment downtime and support manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience maintaining and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Ability to independently diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs.
Manufacturing maintenance background required.
Automation and controls experience preferred.

Candidates must have personally troubleshot and repaired CNC equipment.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
