Maintenance Technician – CNC Equipment – Fenton, MO

Location: Fenton, MO
Pay: $30–$45/hour, depending on experience
Position: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM–1:15 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment.

This position requires direct CNC machine maintenance experience, not just general industrial or facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC machinery.
• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment failures.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Minimize equipment downtime and support manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience maintaining and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to independently diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs.
• Manufacturing maintenance background required.
• Automation and controls experience preferred.

Candidates must have personally troubleshot and repaired CNC equipment.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
