Experienced Cement Manufacturing

Experience and abilities you will need:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Must have 5-7 years of cement manufacturing experience with 3 years Quality Control environment. 
• Must have solid computer skills, with experience working with spreadsheet, Windows, word processing, database applications and PC operating systems.
• Must have at least 5 years of previous supervisory experience or other responsible position.
• Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of automated laboratory equipment or have demonstrated the ability to learn all aspects of it.

 
The QC Manager - Cement Plant 
Is responsible for the supervision of Quality control personnel and of all technical activities of the Quality Control Department (both chemically and physically) to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the plant manufacturing process. Maintains a close relationship with the production/process department to ensure the most cost-effective products (clinker & cement), at the established quality and uniformity targets. The Quality Manager has overall responsibility for the technical operation of the laboratory and for implementing Quality Management System activities.  (not an all-inclusive job description)
