Project Manager – Industrial Capital Projects
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Lead major capital projects for one of the nation's leading cement manufacturers supporting critical infrastructure across the U.S. This role manages major industrial projects from engineering through construction and commissioning, working closely with plant operations and engineering teams. Ideal for engineers experienced in heavy industrial environments such as cement, mining, steel, power, or chemical manufacturing.
Lead capital projects from engineering development through construction and commissioning
Manage scope, cost, schedule, and project risk
Coordinate engineering disciplines, contractors, and plant leadership
Develop project execution strategies and construction plans
Ensure projects meet safety, budget, and schedule targets
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or similar)
10+ years managing industrial capital projects
Experience in heavy industry (cement, mining, steel, power, chemical manufacturing)
Strong background in contractor management and construction execution
Experience with structured project governance or stage-gate project delivery
Lead high-impact infrastructure and plant modernization projects
Work with a global cement manufacturing leader
