Team Leader Project Manager for large investment projects in the cement industry
Location is Germany

This group handles cement projects globally.
This role reports to the Head of Engineering Europe
Qualifications
University degree in engineering or equivalent, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical preferred
-
You have at least 8 years of professional experience in the cement industry

You have demonstrated experience of leading midsize and large-scale investment projects (up to 400m EUR) in an international environment; work experience in foreign countries is required

You have a wide knowledge in cement plant engineering and operation, previous experience building cement plants
-
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting is a must

Strong organizational and self management skills

You have a high social competence, excellent team spirit and intercultural understanding

Strong team building and people management skills are required

You have very good English skills, additional language skills are an advantage

You are willing to extensively travel abroad

You have sound risk management skills

You have strong project management skills, will have hands on projects to personally complete
