• 10-15 years of previous experience in aggregates/mining operations is required.
• 5-10 years of supervisory skills are required. 
• 3-5 years of plant maintenance required.
• Working knowledge of MSHA required.
• Basic computer skills required. Requires knowledge of hand tools, mechanical aptitude, and operation of heavy equipment. 
• Must possess the ability to communicate and to establish and maintain effective and compatible working relationships with supervisor and co-workers.  Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions to read, understand and obey all safety rules and regulations, equipment operating instructions and danger notices
