What You’ll Do
Lead electrical, instrumentation and controls maintenance activities across the plant
Supervise and develop electrical and maintenance personnel
Support high-voltage distribution, motor controls, PLCs, SCADA and plant automation systems
Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Coordinate electrical work during outages, shutdowns and major maintenance projects
Troubleshoot equipment and lead root cause analysis and reliability improvements
Manage electrical capital projects, contractors, budgets and project execution
Maintain accurate work history and maintenance information within the CMMS
Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout and company safety requirements
Work closely with Operations, Engineering and Reliability to improve equipment availability and plant performance
What We’re Looking For
7–10 years of electrical maintenance experience in cement, mining or heavy industrial manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Maintenance Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Previous supervisory or management experience
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical distribution, motor controls, PLCs, SCADA and automation systems
Experience with preventive, predictive and reliability-centered maintenance programs
Experience managing electrical capital projects, contractors and plant outages
Working knowledge of CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle or similar

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a heavy industrial manufacturing facility in Cape Girardeau, MO. This position is responsible for the reliability, maintenance and improvement of the plant’s electrical, instrumentation and control systems.What You’ll Do
