Reliability Technician
Opportunity for an experienced Reliability Technician to improve equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs at a large cement manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Provide technical support to Maintenance and Operations in continuous improvement activities.
- Execute vibration analysis, lubrication, thermography, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs.
- Inspect equipment and implement follow-up actions to improve reliability.
- Collect and analyze equipment performance data.
- Partner with the Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Manager to improve equipment performance.
- Promote continuous improvement in maintenance practices and equipment reliability.
- Provide backup support for Maintenance Supervisors as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, or 10+ years of experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical inspection and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret equipment performance data.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
