Maintenance Manager

A leading lime and minerals producer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations. 

This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant equipment while leading a skilled maintenance team in a continuous process manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the plant maintenance team.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with plant operations.
• Manage maintenance budgets and capital improvement projects.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA and company safety standards.

Qualifications

Previous maintenance leadership experience in a rotary kiln processing operation (lime, cement, or similar) is required.

• Five or more years of maintenance leadership experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Rotary kilns
  • Crushers
  • Conveyors
  • Material handling systems
  • Rotating equipment
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance systems preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
