What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and reconcile plant financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and forecasts
• Support budgeting and cost control processes for plant operations
• Collaborate with plant and corporate teams to improve financial performance
• Assist with internal and external audits and ensure timely reporting

What Are We Looking For
5+ years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.

• Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
• Experience managing fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Proficient in reporting and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting gained through several years’ experience
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams

Work Environment
This position is based at a manufacturing plant and involves regular interaction with operations and administrative teams. It may require occasional travel to other company locations. The role is primarily office-based with some exposure to industrial environments.
