Logistics Supervisor

• Do you have rail experience with Union Pacific and/or KCS railroads?

Handle logistics, inventory, equipment, customer service.  Coordinate with vendor source dispatch to keep things moving.  Optimize transportation.  

Requirements:
​​​​​​Three to five years’ experience that involved direct oversight in shipping dry bulk commodities such as lime, cement, or minerals.

• HS diploma, industrial certifications in maintenance or process required; BS degree added plus
• Railway experience required.
• Demonstrate ability to work with and aid other staff members.
• Demonstrate fundamental customer service skills.
• Proficient with the use of computers and standard operating software.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to be collaborative and team-oriented, while handling multiple projects.
• Previous Ready Mix Concrete Dispatch experience is a plus

Candidates who are bi-lingual English and Spanish speakers is a plus for this position.
